Broker, REALTOR®
Nathaly Prieto | WRAL Voters’ Choice Award Winner – Best Real Estate Agent 2025 I’m Nathaly Prieto, a Realtor® with RE/MAX United and one half of the Mindy Oberhardt Team, a highly intentional two-agent partnership built on experience, efficiency, and exceptional client care. I work closely alongside Mindy Oberhardt, who began as my mentor and is now my trusted partner. Together, we collaborate on every client to maximize availability, coverage, and results. I help buyers and sellers navigate major life transitions with confidence, whether that means purchasing a first home, building new construction, downsizing, moving into a 55+ community, or selling a long-time family home. Our team structure allows clients to benefit from two experienced agents who communicate constantly and work in sync from start to finish. I’m known for a calm, organized, and client-focused approach. My role is to simplify the process, explain options clearly, and anticipate issues before they become problems. With strong local market knowledge and a trusted network of lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and contractors, I ensure every detail is handled smoothly and professionally. In 2025, I was honored to be named Best Real Estate Agent in the WRAL Voters’ Choice Awards, a recognition driven by client trust, referrals, and community support. I am a strong resource for agent referrals and take pride in treating every client as if they were sent by a close friend. My reviews consistently reflect how effective and results-driven my business is, and how supported our clients feel throughout the entire process. Whether someone is ready to move now or simply gathering information, I am committed to honest guidance, clear communication, and results they can feel confident about.
