- Natalia Barrantes
Natalia was born in Costa Rica and moved to the United States in 1996 after graduating high school to pursue further education. She spent her early years in Kansas, where she learned the value of hard work alongside her grandfather—gaining hands-on experience in ranch life, cattle auctions, and land negotiations. His mentorship instilled in her a strong work ethic and a natural ability to connect, negotiate, and build trust. In 1997, Natalia relocated to Hastings, Nebraska, where she built a life over the next 24 years. During that time, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree, raised her son, and established a successful career as a Dental Laboratory Technician. In the later years of her dental career, she transitioned into the business side of the industry, taking on roles in sales, marketing, Lean Six Sigma workflow development, technical direction, and customer experience. In 2021, Natalia made the move to Colorado—a place that had long held a special place in her heart from years of visiting with family and friends. Inspired by a lifelong interest in real estate and a desire for a new chapter, she retired from the dental field at the end of 2025. In March 2026, Natalia proudly began her new journey in real estate, joining RE/MAX Alliance. She brings with her decades of diverse experience, a strong foundation in relationship-building, and a deep commitment to helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions with confidence and care.
