Drawing from her 20 years of experience in accounting, along with the knowledge she gained from earning an associate’s degree in Business Administration, Nancy helps her clients prepare for loan applications and choose the best possible terms and conditions. Equally comfortable serving listing clients, she is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor with an understanding of home staging concepts that allows her to deliver seamless transactions and high sale prices.

Fluent in Spanish as well as English, she enjoys working with a diverse client base and providing sellers with the maximum possible return on investment, however, she especially loves the feeling that comes from handing buyers their first set of keys to a new home.
An Orange County resident for most of her life, Nancy is always willing to travel to support the interests of her clients. In her downtime, she likes to entertain friends, spend time with her children and take her eight-year-old to the beach
