I am originally from Brooklyn, New York. In 1974 my family moved to SW Florida. This is where I lived for 45 years and earned my real estate license in 1998. It was an amazing change from being in retail to starting my own business and becoming an independent contractor. I spent 17 years listing and selling real estate and then the opportunity came to root myself in the mountains of East Tennessee. It was something I had dreamed of for a long time. Going on vacation in the Gatlinburg area for many, many years, enjoying the sound of the streams and hiking the in the mountains brought me peace of mind. So I thought "why not"! So in 2017 I made the big move to East Tennessee. It is a decision I do not regret. Not only do I get to play where I live, but on days when I need a little quiet, driving through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park takes you into another world. There are so many quiet walkways to walk thru as well as the popular hikes.
