About Me

I want to help anyone that is ready to purchase or sell their home, but doesn’t want to do it alone. It can be scary, especially since you’ve never done this before. It can be fun though, and it should be one of your best memories that you’ll have. You need a guide. One that would help you understand the process, you would know exactly what step (in the process) you are on, and what may happen next. Choosing the right Realtor to do that can be overwhelming and on top of that, home-ownership is a serious commitment. Owning a home can be fun, especially if you have the right person there with you along the way. I will provide you information about how to buy or sell your home that you'll find helpful. You’ll learn that it isn’t just about the sale for me, it is about the investment you are making, and how to maintain it. I moved to Houston during the oil bust in 1980, the Houston Oilers fight song was constantly playing on the radio, and people were wearing Luv Ya Blue! shirts. It is one of my fondest memories of Houston, and I’m proud to call it my home. I come from a real estate family. My grandmother invested in real estate. She was buying properties in West End Heights (aka Rice Military), back in the early 50’s. She was a single mom with 8 kids, and used the income from those investment properties to support her family. She taught me the importance of investing in real estate. My mom, widowed young, but had 4 investment properties. I learned more from her and my Aunt about being a landlord, knowing how, and when to DIY or to hire someone to do it, and the importance to supervising work that is being done. Having role models like them and other family members closer to my age that have flipped/or managed property around me, made it really easy for me to embark upon my own real estate career, and invest in real estate. I know Houston and the surrounding areas well, and can help you find your new home.
