About Me
One of my happiest days was becoming a REALTOR® because I knew it would help me serve my community at the highest level. I work with clients in Lexington, Richmond, Berea, and surrounding areas, and particularly enjoy helping first-time home buyers.
Prior to real estate, I worked as an analyst/forecaster for distributors of alcoholic beverages, and earned recognition as one of the most accurate forecasters in the country for one of the world's largest beer companies. My analytical skills, along with my MBA in Marketing, allow me to provide superior real estate market information, list price guidance, buyer negotiation skills, and creative home selling marketing strategy to all of my clients. I also own House and Photo LLC, the creative outlet for my real estate and portrait photography. Outside of work I enjoy visiting local breweries, tackling my love/hate relationship with running, and spoiling my two German Shepherds!
