Listings

As seen on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt. Able to leverage the relationships I have built with other Realtors, title attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, and contractors to bring about successful closings with no surprises. A large part of my business is working with home buyers on the purchase and sale of their primary home. Being a past military officer allows me to understand the requirements of absentee ownership and assisting with PCS moves into/out of the area. Years of investing in resort properties allows me to assist my clients with informed investment decisions. Top 5% volume of all agents in the Pensacola MLS 2014-24.
