From hanging drywall and painting to landscaping, Mike Guarisco is a jack of all trades. In the life of pursuing numerous career paths Mike has established many connections in the community and other parts of the world. Mike’s father, John Guarisco who works for REMAX, brought the idea of real estate to his son. Instantly Mike dived in, studied vigorously, passed the exam and found his passion of helping people turn their dreams of selling or buying their home into reality.
Growing up Mike participated in sports and marketing programs in school. With participating in many social aspects in school this helped Mike build his network of people. As the years went on, the curiosity of what else is out in the world besides his hometown of Spokane grew. From wine tasting in Portugal to snowboarding in Banff Canada Mike has experienced a wide range of perspectives from many places in the world.
When Mike isn’t working hard on real estate you can find him on a local hike or sampling local craft beers. One of the main qualities that describe Mike is a “people person” who can become friends with anyone he meets. Mike’s draw he has towards real estate is the connection with people and making sure they are happy with their real estate needs.
