I've been selling and managing real estate in East Boulder County for more than 25 years. I live in Erie, and I work Erie, Louisville, Lafayette, Broomfield, and Superior. That's not a territory I picked off a map. It's my neighborhood. Most of what I do comes down to numbers. I run a property management business alongside my sales business, so I'm looking at rents, carrying costs, and what a property actually does over ten years, not just how it shows on a Saturday afternoon. Whether it's your first home or your fourth rental, I'll tell you what the math says, including the times it says walk away. The reason that matters is time. Every dollar you don't overpay is a dollar pointed at the part of life you actually care about, which in my case has meant a lot of hockey rinks and school events. If you want a straight answer on what your home is worth or whether a deal pencils out, call me. You'll get one either way. For more checkout my story, https://www.mikejgold.com/resources/my-story
