I am a North Georgia Realtor with more than 20 years of real estate experience and a proud member of The Melissa Bailey Group. I help buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners with residential and commercial real estate throughout Canton, Cherokee County, and the surrounding North Georgia communities. Having lived in North Georgia for more than 27 years, I bring extensive local knowledge, strong community connections, and firsthand experience with residential sales, commercial real estate, investment properties, and short-term rentals, including owning and operating Airbnbs. My family also owns and operates two restaurants in Canton, Georgia, giving me a strong connection to the local business community and the people who make North Georgia such a special place to live and work. Giving back is also an important part of my life. We are proud partners with SERV International, and I enjoy volunteering through local schools, churches, organizations, and community programs. Before moving to North Georgia, I lived in the Tampa Bay area and was born and raised in a small town in Ohio. Outside of real estate, I enjoy drawing, painting, cooking, hiking, Pilates, and spending time with my family and friends. Whether you are buying, selling, relocating to North Georgia, investing, or exploring commercial opportunities, I am committed to providing knowledgeable, personal, and dependable service as part of The Melissa Bailey Group.
