My Father and I share a passion about houses and homes. He built a few homes from the ground up in the 1970's and then started flipping properties in the 1980's. Although house hunting is a thrill for some, it can be stressful for others. Selling a home can be challenging as well. I understand home maintenance as well as general construction which enables me to guide both buyers and sellers. For sellers we can discuss necessary maintenance and staging months before an intended sale. For buyers we can plan up to years in advance regarding finances and life plans to prepare for their home ownership. I believe educating clients as they go through this process makes the transaction easier for them to navigate and less stressful.
