Michael Sexton is a third generation real estate professional and a graduate of Temple University, carrying forward a family legacy rooted deeply in the Pennsylvania real estate market. His passion for the industry was shaped early on. His grandmother was one of the first female real estate brokers in the state of Pennsylvania, and his father owned and self-managed a small rental portfolio, instilling firsthand knowledge of ownership, operations, and long-term value creation. Michael’s personal journey into investment real estate began shortly after graduating college, when he spent a summer in Tampa, Florida working hands-on with an investment property. That experience sparked a lasting interest in the analytical and strategic side of real estate, particularly in identifying opportunities to renovate, reposition, and build long-term wealth. While much of Michael’s work centers on investment properties, helping clients find a property to renovate and sell or acquire rentals for long-term cash flow. He also brings extensive experience in traditional residential sales and property management. From guiding buyers toward their forever homes to advising seasoned investors on strategies for building generational wealth, Michael offers a well-rounded, practical perspective grounded in real-world experience. With a deep understanding of both the numbers and the human side of real estate, Michael prides himself on being a trusted advisor at every stage of the journey. Simply put, there are very few scenarios he hasn’t encountered & even fewer he isn’t prepared to navigate on behalf of his clients. Outside of Real Estate, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their two dogs, Rory & Gus.
