Melissa Meneses
Associate
When people work with Melissa Meneses, the first thing they notice, is how calm they feel. The second is how quickly she earns their confidence because she knows what matters most. As a trusted REALTOR® in Northern Nevada, Melissa guides clients through buying, selling, relocating, and investing with clear strategy, honest communication, and a genuine commitment to their success. Before real estate, Melissa spent more than a decade working in the legal field, where she learned how to navigate contracts, protect her clients, and build strong systems that keep everything organized and on track. Later, her work with the Nevada Rural Housing Authority took her across the state training lenders, REALTORS®, and homebuyers on down payment assistance programs—helping more families achieve the dream of homeownership. That experience sparked a deeper calling: to work directly with people during some of the biggest transitions of their lives. Melissa built her business through strong relationships, referrals, and follow-through—and she’s known for being steady, responsive, and resourceful when it counts most. Today, Melissa proudly serves her community through leadership and service, including her role as Washoe County Director for Sierra Nevada REALTORS®, as a Director with NV STEM for Skilled Trades, and as part of the Budget & Finance Committee through Sierra Nevada REALTORS®. She is also a participant in the 2026 Nevada REALTORS® Leadership Academy. Melissa is especially passionate about helping first-time buyers, relocation clients, and families who want a knowledgeable guide they can trust. Her goal is simple: to help you feel confident, protected, and empowered—every step of the way.
