My name is Melissa and I’m an independent agent in the Big Bear Valley. I am service driven, providing honest and timely communication. I also pride myself on significant local market knowledge, with a deep understanding of our heavy second home/investor niche. I am happy to say that I was born and raised in Big Bear, with my family having roots in the Big Bear Valley for four generations. After high school I moved to San Diego, where I graduated with a degree in Business Administration/Finance from California State University San Marcos. I spent 10 years in the corporate world before my husband and I decided that there's no place like home. Since returning to Big Bear I have most enjoyed the seasons. I love the change that comes every few months and it renews my love for this town. I live where many people vacation… that is a blessing. I am proud to say that I have closed well over 300 transactions and have helped many wonderful clients both buy and sell. A significant number of my past sales can be found on my previous team page where I was a member of the Tyler Wood Group for over ten years. During my time with the Tyler Wood Group we were consistently recognized as the number one team in Big Bear and received numerous awards including RE/MAX’s highest honor of Pinnacle Group multiple years in a row. We were also recognized as one of the top 10 teams in California and one of the top 100 teams in the Nation. Whether you are looking for a knowledgeable listing agent to assist you in selling your property, or if you are a buyer looking for the perfect home to retire in, a second home to vacation in, your first affordable home or an investment property; I know that you have many options and I am very thankful for the opportunity to help.
