As a proud native of Oxnard, California, Mel is a 3rd generation resident. She was born and raised in Oxnard and currently resides in Oxnard Shores with her husband and their two children.
Mel know’s the beach neighborhoods of Oxnard very well.
She is passionate about real estate and helping clients achieve their goal of owning a home or second home at the beach. She is proud to have partnered w/ The Ann Howarth Group, the top performing team in Oxnard beaches.
Having lived on all three local beaches, She has called Hollywood Beach, Silverstrand Beach and Oxnard Shores home. Mel enjoys sharing her insights and wealth of knowledge with clients to help them find the right homes that fit their needs and lifestyle. When she’s not selling real estate, Mel loves working out, eating at local favorite restaurants, watching her kids play sports and going to concerts with her husband.
