However, effective communication skills and an unwavering work ethic are a must.  Matt chose Real Estate sales as a profession because, simply put, he loves seeing the smiles on his clients faces when they purchase and sell homes!

Matt currently lives in Canandaigua with his wife, Rebecca, and has three children.
