Matt Mauer
Associate
With a career built on service, relationships, and helping people make confident decisions, Matt Mauer brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to real estate. His professional journey began as a golf professional, working at premier golf courses throughout California and Hawaii before opening his own golf instruction facility. After the devastating California wildfires of 2017 destroyed his business, he embraced a new challenge and launched a successful sports and exotic car brokerage in the Bay Area. For eight years, he helped clients navigate high-value purchases while earning a reputation for exceptional customer service, honesty, and trust. Real estate became a natural next chapter after he and his wife began investing in properties around Table Rock Lake in 2020. Their growing love for Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas ultimately inspired their move to the Ozarks. Drawing on more than 20 years of sales and customer service experience, he became a licensed REALTOR® in 2025 and is passionate about helping others navigate one of life's most important financial and personal decisions. Matt enjoys working with clients seeking golf course communities, lake properties, luxury homes, investment opportunities, and relocation assistance. Having personally experienced major life transitions and relocations, he understands the value of having a trusted advisor by your side throughout the process. Known for being reliable, honest, and approachable, his greatest reward is seeing the excitement on a client's face at closing—whether they're receiving the keys to their dream home or successfully selling a property they've cherished. Looking ahead, Matt plans to continue growing his expertise in golf lifestyle and luxury properties while helping clients make informed, responsible real estate decisions. At the heart of everything he does is family, and his ultimate goal is simple: building a successful business centered around family.
