About Me

As a Northwest Indiana region native of Valparaiso, I really enjoy introducing buyers to all our fantastic communities near Chicago off the southern shores of Lake Michigan. As Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Lifestyles, I have over a dozen years experience brokering homes, land, investment property and commercial property in the Greater Northwest Indiana (GNIAR) MLS region. Being actively involved with buyer and seller clients, and running a top performing team and brokerage is my passion. We consult with our seller clients to assess the market, compare it to their property, price it right, get under contract, and manage the transaction through closing. We have a fantastic connection list of resources, from home inspectors to lenders to contractors and more. The Matt Evans Team consistenly places as one of the top agents/teams in Northwest Indiana, and as a Top 40 Team in RE/MAX in the State. I'm proud to be a RE/MAX Hall of Fame Member, and have earned levels of recognition up through Platinum Club. We can only do this with hundreds of amazing clients we've had the pleasure of working with over the years. I'm personally involved in charitable giving, volunteering, and serving various boards such as The Greater Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce, Valpo Schools Foundation, Valpo Parks Foundation, Valparaiso Rotary Club, and as President of the City of Valparaiso Plan Commission.
