I am a full-time REALTOR® with over 24 years of experience guiding clients through what is often one of the largest and most emotional financial decisions of their lives—buying and selling a home. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to real estate and specialize in creating thoughtful, strategic solutions tailored to each client’s goals, timeline, and circumstances. Real estate requires a sophisticated blend of law, finance, negotiation, marketing, communication, and psychology, and I approach each relationship and transaction with that full scope in mind. As someone who has held leadership roles including Regional Manager, Director, and Vice President, as well as the personal representative for my parents’ estate, I have the background and knowledge to handle all transactions, especially the complex and emotional ones. My business is built almost entirely on trust and referrals. It is common for me to work with multiple generations within the same family—helping parents move into a dream home, guiding adult children through their first purchase, and assisting grandparents as they downsize, sometimes all within the same year. I am honored to be their trusted REALTOR. What matters most to me is what matters most to my clients. Whether it’s money, time, convenience, or reducing stress, I can anticipate challenges to deliver a smooth, well-managed experience. Rather than focusing on lead generation, I devote my energy to serving my clients’ goals with excellence—resulting in approximately 95% of my business coming from referrals and repeat clients. With a background that includes time in Europe, a stint in Boston as a Director for an au pair agency, and even a year living in a haunted castle in Ireland, I bring a unique perspective—and a bit of fun—to my work. While I may legally have four names, I keep it simple: Mary Sue or MS. Just please, don’t call me Mary.
