REMAX Land of the Waterfalls

As a local real estate agent with RE/MAX Land of the Waterfalls, I love helping buyers and sellers navigate the Brevard and Western North Carolina real estate market. I have extensive experience in Connestee Falls and throughout Transylvania County, helping clients buy and sell everything from primary residences and condos to mountain retreats, second homes, and lakefront properties. Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and I believe my job is to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible. I take the time to listen to what my clients really want, keep them informed, answer their questions, and help them make confident decisions. When it comes time to negotiate, I work hard to protect my clients' interests and keep the transaction moving toward a successful closing. For sellers, I combine local market knowledge with professional marketing, strategic pricing, and hands-on service. Every property is different, so I believe the marketing should be different too. My goal is not simply to put a home in the MLS, but to identify what makes it special and make sure buyers see it. For buyers, I enjoy helping clients discover not only the right home but also the right community. Whether you're relocating to Brevard, searching for a second home in Connestee Falls, looking for a lakefront property, or dreaming about a mountain home in Western North Carolina, I can help you understand the local market and what to expect along the way. I proudly serve Brevard, Connestee Falls, Pisgah Forest, Lake Toxaway, and surrounding Western North Carolina communities. I'm proud to be a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Land of the Waterfalls and hold both the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designations. Real estate is about relationships, not just transactions. Referrals and repeat clients are some of the greatest compliments I can receive, and I work hard to provide the kind of service that earns both.
