Mary has extensive expertise in Prelisting Valuations and Marketing Strategies, Waterfront Properties, Relocation Services, New Construction, Investors, Tenants & Landlords, and proudly specializes in working with our Nations Veterans, Active-Duty Military, Guard & Reserves. Her dedication and unparalleled customer service have resulted in a continuously expanding network of loyal clients and referrals. Passionate about her craft, she continually seeks to stay ahead of the curve regarding real estate market education and trends.
Mary began her career in Minnesota…with her finger on the pulse of the real estate market, she received numerous company-wide awards for Top Lister / Top Seller and also participated as a principle / partner in residential single family & multi-family Land Development / Multi-Family New Construction / Golf Course & Clubhouse Development & Construction, and Sales Team Management. Mary also proudly served her country in the Texas Air National Guard. These experiences instilled in her the discipline it takes to build a powerful real estate team first in Minnesota and now in Florida. Outside of real estate, she enjoys trying new restaurants, running, backyard BBQs with friendsl, and spending time with her two daughters Jessica and Samantha. Jessica works in the Marine / Electrical Industry in Port Charlotte, and Samantha graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University and is now working with Mary on The Dreier Team.
