REMAX Horizons Realty
Mary Cates
Associate Realtor
Serving Okaloosa, Walton, Santa Rosa, and Escambia Counties in Northwest Florida for 28 years as a Realtor and Top Producer. I am a business-minded professional with the experience to lead, guide, and direct you through the process of homeownership. The process is a journey. I partner with a trusted team of professionals—attorneys, lenders, home inspectors, title companies, insurance agents, surveyors, pest inspectors, and contractors—to help you move from contract to closing with confidence. It is important to use skill, care, and diligence when working with both buyers and sellers. My experience is far-reaching in military relocation, VA and FHA loans, first-time homebuyers, foreclosures, and USDA programs. I believe in mutual fit: I encourage my clients to interview me, just as I take time to get to know them, so we can be a strong team working together toward their goals. Honesty and integrity are part of who I am. Real estate is a business and a significant investment in both your future and mine. If you have a question or concern about your property, or one you hope to acquire, I am available for consultation. Feel free to call me at 850-974-2267.
