As a lifelong resident, Marsha knows the area. As a former math teacher for both the Wichita and Derby public schools, she knows education, how to listen to your concerns and needs, how to analyze the market and situations, how to help you with answers to your questions, and how to guide you to achieve your goals. Consistently a top producer, she has earned the Wichita Area Association of Realtors Masters Circle designation every year from 1984 thru present.
