I am a top performing agent at REMAX Bayside. I have spent the past 11 years excelling in the competitive landscape of the Tampa Bay real estate marketing establishing a reputation as a well-respected and innovative agent. My business is built on communication, dedication, transparency and a warm & friendly approach. I listen to my client's needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and I strive to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. My extensive experience is with both Buyers and Sellers. I have worked with numerous clients in relocations, military relocations, corporate relocations, first time buyers, investors & 1031 Exchanges. I am knowledgeable with FHA, Conventional, & VA loans. I have two sons who serve in the army and air force so the military is very near and dear to me. I balance a very busy real estate career with the blessing of two grandchildren.
