REMAX Consultants Realty I
Mark Ascolese
Associate
Lifelong Broward County Resident. My Birth Certificate says New Jersey But my parents moved to Broward County when I was 1. (For those of you outside of South East Florida Broward County is where Fort Lauderdale is.). I live in the City of Hollywood 1 mile from Hollywood Beach which I enjoy very much. I enjoy Salsa Music. And the Downtown Hollywood and Hollywood Beach Restaurants, Bars, and Clubs. I enjoy going to a local dance club in downtown when I get a chance. I attended local public school here in Hollywood, Driftwood Elementary and Junior High. I attended Broward Community College and have a degree in electronic Technologies. I read quite a bit. I enjoy reading about Psychology. Particular the writings of Nathaniel Branden who specialized in Motivational Psychology. I also enjoy reading about history. Of course I also read quite a bit of material pertaining to real estate. My Basic Philosophy of life is that money can not buy happiness directly (This is true.) But a decent steady income is required to create the preconditions that make happiness possible. So what one should endeavor to to do is find something that you enjoy doing, can make a good living at, while working with people you like and enjoy being around. I have found that in my real estate business. I have mostly sold residential real estate in Broward, Miami Dade and Palm Beach counties. But I also sell Multifamily rental property buildings as well.
