Hi, I’m Marjet (mar-yet) - your Austin real estate expert and trusted guide to finding your dream home in this vibrant city! Although I’m originally from The Netherlands, Austin has been my home for many years. As a long-time resident, I’ve come to know and love this city inside and out - from the trendiest neighborhoods to the hidden-gem eateries that make Austin such a unique and exciting place to live. Before launching my solo career, I had the privilege of working closely with my mother-in-law, Camille Ulmann, on her top-producing real estate team. Together, we helped countless buyers and sellers navigate Austin’s dynamic market. When Camille retired at the end of 2024, I was honored to carry forward her business and continue the legacy of service, expertise, and results that clients have come to trust. I’m passionate about helping young professionals, families, and anyone looking to embrace the Austin lifestyle find the perfect home to fit their unique needs. My approach is built on open communication, personalized service, and making the buying or selling process not just smooth, but enjoyable. I understand that real estate is one of life’s biggest decisions, and I take the time to listen, guide, and advocate for my clients every step of the way. Whether you’re searching for a downtown loft, a cozy East Austin bungalow, or a modern suburban retreat, I’m here to help you make it happen. I’d love to show you the best of what Austin has to offer—let’s find your dream home together!
