My approach to business is “People First, Money After” and I believe helping my clients know and understand their options will enable them to make the best decisions for themselves when buying and selling a home. Real Estate is not only an asset and an investment, but also the biggest purchase and sale some of us will ever make during our lifetime. I treat my clients with the respect and care they deserve while choosing their next home. As a real estate professional since 1991 I represented not only buyers and sellers but also bank-owned properties, clients facing foreclosure or pre-foreclosure, short-sales transactions, and investors looking for rentals or second homes. My goal is to help guide you to success through the contractual and emotional decisions involved in the Real Estate process without pressure. My favorite things in life are spending time with my friends and family enjoying nature, visiting National Parks, hiking around town and getting to know people, and creating new friendships in small get-togethers. I speak English, Portuguese and Spanish. I have a positive outlook in life and in business and value people above all.
