Currently resides in Naugatuck with her husband. Maria was raised in Naugatuck and is familiar with the local and surrounding areas, her knowledge of the area can help make buyers' decisions easier and less stressful. She can also assist sellers with marketing their home in this market to achieve a fair marekt value in the least amount of time.
Maria serves on the Naugatuck planning Commission.
Maria was first licensed in Connecticut in 1987 and achieved a Real Estate Broker's License in 1995. Being a previous owner of a national real estate company for many years, she knows the importance to being attentive to the needs of her sellers and buyers in the home buying process and understands that her clients needs come first. She is always there from the begining of the transaction to the end until the buyer obtains the key to their new home. Maria is a consistent, multi-million dollar producer, winning numerous awards throughout her 34 years Real Estate career. She is a memeber of the Midstate Board of Realtors, the Connecticut Associaton of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors. Maria belongs to the Connecticut Statewide MLS .
