I’m Maria Lopez Tello, a Broker and REALTOR® licensed in TN and GA with RE/MAX Renaissance Realtors. My mission is to be a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and warm guide for anyone looking to make a home or invest in Chattanooga, North Georgia, or East Tennessee. My real estate journey began in 2004 as a salesperson in Mexico, quickly moving into leadership roles managing sales teams, marketing, and transactions for homebuilders. In 2018, my family and I relocated to Chattanooga. Having walked in those exact shoes, I deeply understand the personal and logistical complexities of relocating. My experience inspired me to reignite my career here in 2022, and over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of completing over 100 successful transactions helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors. My approach goes far beyond simply opening doors or listing properties. I bring a unique blend of executive leadership, strategic marketing, and high-level negotiation to every deal. Recognized with RE/MAX Platinum status and Brokerage Agent of the Year, I hold elite designations including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). These credentials empower me to protect your best interests, evaluate risks, and advocate fiercely for you with transparent communication in both English and Spanish. Beyond contracts, I guide families through practical details like schools, utilities, and settling in. At the heart of everything I do is my family. My three daughters inspire me to show up daily with integrity, excellence, and care. As team leader of Bilingual Chatt Realtors, I am committed to making your real estate experience seamless, empowering, and successful. Whether buying your first home, relocating, selling, or investing, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s write your next chapter together!
