With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I have become a trusted name in the community, known for his exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to helping his customers achieve their real estate goals.
I was born and raised in San Jose, Costa Rica and moved to the East Polk County Area in 1998. I’ve always had a passion for real estate. I began my career in the real estate industry in 2002, working as a sales agent for Coldwell Banker Team Realty. It wasn't long before Manny decided to strike out on his own, and he quickly gained a reputation as one of the top realtors in the area.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, vacation homes and foreign national buyers and sellers. I am committed to understanding the unique needs and goals of each of my customers and I will work tirelessly to ensure their success. I have an excellent eye for detail, and I am skilled at identifying opportunities that others may overlook, allowing my customers to get the best possible deal on their purchase or sale.
In addition to my expertise in real estate, I'm also known for his exceptional customer service. Understanding that buying or selling a home can be a stressful and emotional experience, I work to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I am deeply committed to his community and am involved in a variety of local organizations and charities. I believe that giving back is an important part of being a successful businessperson, and I’m always looking for ways to make a positive impact on the people around me. In my time as a REALTOR®, I have served as President (2018) of the East Polk County Association of Realtors, as District Vice President of Florida Realtors (District 10), I had the honor of receiving REALTOR® of the Year from my association in 2018.
