Born and raised in Lubbock, Mandi McDonald is a professional real estate agent with The Monarch Group. A Texas Tech graduate, Mandi spent three years working in education before realizing her passion for real estate, where she has served the community since 2018. Since then, Mandi has been named a top-producer for 4 straight years, holding awards from RE/MAX since 2019 which include being a member of the “100% Club” as well as the “Executive Club.”
A Lubbock native, Mandi is a natural problem-solver both passionate and knowledgeable about her community. Her local network is vast, and her work ethic is unmatched. Since her start in real estate, Mandi has built her business on communication, loyalty and expertise. Past clients describe her as considerate, dependable, and dedicated – and fun!
When she’s not helping families find their forever homes or investors the next addition to their real estate portfolio, Mandi enjoys spending time with her husband, Chase, watching their son Hayes play basketball and baseball and their daughter Loftin do gymnastics and dance.
