About Me

My career in Real Estate began in 2003 working for a Nationwide real estate network in Irvine, California as an Area Manager. I developed relationships with real estate brokers, developers, property management companies and lenders on local, nationwide and international levels. I produced marketing plans and presentations for this network of 50,000 investors. I was also responsible for personnel hiring and created the company’s first HR department and employee manual. Furthermore, I assisted upper management with the purchase of new corporate headquarters, the move in, and the executive leasing of surplus suites. My previous 18 years engaged me in the field of architecture and interior design with experience as a Design & Management Consultant working for firms such as Boeing, Lexus, Grand Sheraton Ballroom at Universal Studio and the Marriott Resort at Coronado Island. I received Certificates of Appreciation from Boeing in 1995 & 1998. At Lexus Corporate, I was responsible for the architectural and design plan reviews for all U.S. dealerships for which I received a Certificate of Acknowledgement in 2001. My corporate background provided me with a formative foundation in budget implementation, contract execution, demographics, planning, team building and time management.
