About Me
Mac retired from the U. S. Marine Corps in 1993 after 20 years. Eleven of his 20 years were spent as an award-winning Marine Recruiter. After achieving the top recruiter award in the North Central Texas area he was promoted to trainer. That is where Mac grew in sales training and helped take his station to a level that caused national recognition. He then moved to San Diego and became the course head for Sales and Communication training for new recruiters. His final duty station as a Marine was in Washington D. C. as the national Sales trainer. As a REALTOR® Mac realized that his sales training was going to be his key to success. For two years he was the top agent based on the number of transactions for a major franchise. He then became a manager & company trainer for that franchise running both new agent and experienced agent training for four years. Mac currently works as Director of Agent Development for RE/MAX Elite with offices in Mission, Port Isabel, South Padre Island, Harlingen, and Corpus Christi, Texas. He was also an instructor for UTB and then UTRGV for qualifying (pre-licensing) courses. He is on the faculty of the Texas REALTORS® University as a Senior Instructor and teaches for several REALTOR® Associations in South Texas. He draws from his 39 years of sales experience both as a Marine and as a successful REALTOR® while teaching his classes and can be reached by phone, text, or email. Mac was recognized as the 2020 REALTOR® of the year for the GREATER McAllen Association of REALTORS®.
