I'm a former engineer turned FULL TIME Realtor with a remarkable two-career journey. From 1996 to 2008, I excelled as an Engineering Program Manager, bringing analytical prowess to the forefront, uniquely positioning me in real estate with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
In 2009, I transitioned to real estate, achieving the prestigious President's Circle Award in 2011, 2012, and 2013 at ERA Greater North Properties. I've also been actively involved in the real estate community, serving as a Paul Bunyan MLS Board Member from 2010 to 2013 and as a Burdell Township Tax Board Member from 2015 to 2019.
Joining RE/MAX Central in 2014, I've earned numerous awards, including the Executive Club Award in 2014, 2018, and 2019, and the 100% Club Award in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2020, 2021, and 2022, reflecting my unwavering commitment to excellence.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I'm dedicated to my family, including my wife, Mara Raven Spence, and my beloved dogs, Sammi and Cosmo.
