About Me
Hi there, my name is Lupita Padilla and I am a Realtor/Broker with RE/MAX Realty Associates in Champaign, IL. I currently reside in Champaign with my husband and two small children. Before moving to Champaign, I resided in the Aurora/Montgomery
area as a Probation Officer for over eight years. As a Probation Officer, I was able to assist clients with maintaining a proactive lifestyle while ensuring community safety. As a real estate agent, I anticipate continuing to help clients but in a different way: by helping them find their dream home.
My husband and I both come from families that love real estate. In fact, my father always made me tag along when managing his long-term rentals. Over the years, my husband and I have acquired short-term rentals in the Champaign and Chicagoland area. We have learned valuable information and I gained much experience in real estate which provides me the tools to assist home Sellers, Buyers and Investors alike.
Additionally, we hope our children, Ozzie Jr. and Bianca, love real estate as much as we do. In my free time, I enjoy playing with my children, cooking authentic Mexican meals and spending time outdoors.
