Having been a licensed Realtor since 1993, I have seen many housing markets emerge. I have kept up with market trends by education, mentor groups and being involved in my community. My five core are: Live by the 'get by giving' philosopy 2, Make my clients #1 goal, my #1 goal 3, Live up to my standards, despite temptations to lower them 4, Be willing to work toward a common goal 5, Do what I say I will do, sometimes more, just never less.
