Louis Moore is a highly respected real estate professional known for his expertise in luxury home marketing, negotiation, and sales psychology. He received his psychology degree from Hanover College and pursued his passion for real estate by obtaining his license in 1986.
Recognizing the need for better standards in real estate, Louis designed and co-owned several successful companies in Ohio and Kentucky, including real estate, mortgage, title, land development, and building firms. He currently works with RE/MAX Alliance in Colorado and supervises his Ohio family business consulting and rental properties, holding supervising broker licenses in four states.
Louis is committed to continuous learning and holds multiple certifications, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Master Certified Negotiation Expert, and Certified Mountain Area Specialist. He has received numerous awards, including the Platinum Award, Hall of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement Awards, reflecting his dedication to his clients.
Louis collaborates with his wife and daughter to offer luxury home marketing, advanced negotiating, electronic media, staging, psychology of sales, and performance business training and experience.
