As a teacher for 12 years who enjoyed finding innovative ways to stimulate students who lost their motivation for learning was offered the opportunity to expand my field as an educator into the Real Estate profession. Integrity and compassion have been my driving force! Having an understanding and heart for the needs of people have attributed to my success. In my nearly 15 years in the Real Estate industry, effective communication, transparency and conquering hurdles before they arise have been the basis of my business model. These honed skills have facilitated a broadened scope of knowledge and experience. During my career in the Real Estate industry I have had the privilege of working in the following capacities: * Property management, specializing in single and multi-unit properties, * Conducting educational seminars for Seta and Head Start Staff and site directors in Sacramento and San Joaquin Counties. * Assisted Pastors in faith based building sales and purchases. * Represented families in the sale and purchase of primary residences. * Represented investors in the purchase of investment properties. * Represented sellers in the sale of Multi-unit properties. * Represented the purchase and sale of farmland properties. * Assisted Veterans in re-location and sale purchases. * Work extensively with banks in distressed sales. * Represented First-time Homebuyers in purchasing their first home.
