Hello, I'm Lori Sparling, an accomplished Associate Broker specializing in real estate with a rich background in the industry. It's been my privilege to guide numerous buyers and sellers through their real estate ventures, a responsibility I hold dear. Leveraging my extensive market knowledge, adept negotiation skills, and unwavering dedication, I am committed to transforming your homeownership dreams into tangible reality. Having been raised in the Alpena area, I have lived here most of my life. I value Alpena and its small-town good-feels and tight-knit community spirit. My upbringing within my family's business, Kotwicki's Department Store, instilled in me profound connections to Alpena. Under the mentorship of my father, I learned invaluable lessons about business ethics and the importance of mutual respect. My husband and I take pride in nurturing our two sons, one of whom resides locally. In conducting my business affairs, I adhere to these guiding principles: 1. Transparency: I prioritize furnishing you with comprehensive information and addressing any inquiries you may have openly. 2. Personalized Service: Recognizing the deeply personal nature of your property endeavors, I deeply respect your time and financial investments, believing that if it doesn't feel right, it isn't right. 3. Responsiveness: You can trust me to keep you informed and engaged at every stage of the process. 4. Embracing the Adventure: I relish the unpredictable twists and turns that often accompany the exploration of properties. 5. Respect for my clients and their real estate success. If you're in search of a real estate professional who embodies experience, expertise, and genuine dedication, I invite you to connect with me. Let's collaborate to make your real estate aspirations a reality.
