Liz Snowden
Associate
Liz Snowden is an accomplished real estate agent in the Dallas/Fort Worth area who brings a strategic, yet personable approach to the home buying & selling process. Drawing from years of experience as an entrepreneur & a high school business teacher, Liz has built a reputation for her refreshingly friendly customer care & proven ability to educate & guide buyers to obtain the best value for their dream home, & to assist sellers in a smooth, stress-free sale. Liz knows first-hand what goes into the process of buying and selling. Relocating several times – buying, selling, & flipping houses of her own – has afforded Liz a sensitivity to her clients’ journey. Now, as a long-time resident of Flower Mound, navigating her 3 children through the LISD school system, serving on several PTAs & committees, she has built a career on repeat/ referral business & is committed to creating lifelong relationships. Whether Liz is listing & selling, or working with first-time buyers, she's known for her quality service, market knowledge, & professionalism. While she is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients, she is just as much a compassionate, friendly partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful. As an experienced agent, Liz understands that buying & selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life & views the opportunity to represent & guide her clients through the process as a true privilege. Faith, family, & friends are of utmost importance to Liz. When not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband & 3 children, along with their 3 rescue dogs. She’s an avid Dallas Cowboys fan & loves to decorate – if not her own home, that of her friends and clients!
