Lisa's Background

Lisa is a native of Maine and has lived in New Hampshire for nearly 30 years. Lisa joined RE/MAX Home Sweet Home just over 5 years ago; a smaller brokerage in Barrington, NH dedicated to personalized local real estate service. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Lisa enjoyed 12 successful years at the Bean Group. In addition to real estate, Lisa originally came from high tech industry with over 16 years of demonstrated successful leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, attention to detail and a strong educational background that all provide the foundation for effective marketing, research, negotiations, sales execution and superior customer service. Lisa has a wide breadth of diverse industry knowledge having held prior positions such as the Director of Information Management at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Service Latitudes, Vice President of Worldwide Services at Aprisma Management Technologies, Director of Program Management at Cabletron Systems and Engineering Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Lisa's Area of Focus:

Lisa has taken a highly diverse experience to service both buyers and sellers to provide superior customer service with the least hassle. Lisa is well versed in buying and selling and taking the real estate process beyond just getting a property under agreement but working through the challenges and steps required to bring a property to a sale. She also enjoys the challenge of unique properties such as waterfront, antique and equestrian properties. She works hard to form strong client and customer relationships. Overall, she has the ability to balance common sense and prior experience to help clients reach their real estate goals. Lisa recently expanded her real estate experience to include becoming a licensed Certified Residential Appraiser in the fall of 2022.
