Hi, I’m Lisa Kingkade, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Revolution serving the Des Moines metro. I bring 20 years of operational experience from Corporate America, along with proven strengths in communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail. I believe my clients deserve to feel informed, prepared, and supported throughout every step of buying or selling a home. My approach is warm, proactive, and relationship focused. I take the time to understand each client’s goals, clearly explain their options, and anticipate potential challenges so there are as few surprises as possible. For me, real estate is about more than completing a transaction—it’s about helping people confidently make the move that is right for their lives. Your next move is my priority.
