I offer personalized & professional guidance with a tailored strategy to help you achieve your real estate goals. With 18 years of real estate experience, I provide in-depth real estate market knowledge, the skills to negotiate and handle complex transactions, professional marketing, and prompt responses.
In 1999 I chose to make Ithaca, NY my home when I moved from southern, rural Pennsylvania to attend Ithaca College and graduate from the Park School of Communications. I have been affiliated with RE/MAX since I began in real estate in 2005.
I am certified NYS Real Estate Instructor and a 2018 graduate of NYSAR's Leadership Academy.
In 2019 I served as the NYSAR Southern Tier Regional Vice President. I also sat on the Ithaca board of REALTORS board of directors as local director (2011-13) Secretary/Treasurer (2014) President-Elect (2015), President (2016), Past-President (2017-18). I was NYSAR’s Southern Tier Region RPAC trustee (2016-17) and chaired numerous other local & state committees.
I was honored to be voted Finger Lakes Favorite REALTOR in 2021 and 2023. In 2017 I was voted Ithaca’s REALTOR of the Year. I have also received the Ithaca Board of REALTORS President’s award, RE/MAX’s 100% club, Titan Team award and am a RE/MAX Hall of Fame Inductee.
When I’m not helping clients or volunteering, you can find me supporting and promoting my favorite charities, working out at the gym (Orange Theory Fitness) entertaining friends and family, cheering on my Steelers, and supporting the amazing restaurants, breweries & wineries here in the Finger Lakes.
