I would like to introduce myself and tell you a few things about me and how I work. First of all, I love helping my neighbors, family and friends with their real estate needs. My clients become my neighbors, my friends and even my family. I have worked with first home buyers to dear, repeat clients that are selling the last home that they will own. I never forget that it is a privilege to be trusted with such an important financial transaction, as well as, such a significant life decision. It is important to find an experienced, real estate professional to work with and although I have sold hundreds of properties, each home just as each person is unique. Therefore, I take the time to listen to your wants, your needs and your concerns.  I will introduce you to great professionals that will assist you with home inspections, appraisal valuation, mortgage lending, home repairs and estimates, remodeling, home warranties, staging, estate sales and so on. My team knows the best people in all aspects of the real estate industry. I so not take referral fees from the professionals that I work with, I only ask that my clients receive the best service and price from those that I recommend.   I have always been a full time Realtor and I take my career seriously, making my clients the number one priority. I completed my degree in real estate back in 2010, but I continue to educate myself with the latest techniques to market and buy homes.  I believe in educating my clients about the process and presenting all the options available during the negotiations. This allows buyers and sellers to make the best decisions for their families and for their investments. My 18 Years of successful transactions are a result of industry knowledge, strong negotiations and experience. My favorite compliment was being told "I did not know there were Realtors like you.
