Lea Ann is known by her clients as “the ultimate professional,” she is knowledgeable of the local market and the “ins and outs” of the purchase process. She possesses a high level of integrity, is an advocate for her clients and educates her clients about the purchase or sales process to make buying or selling a home as easy as possible. She believes it is important to respond to questions or inquiries as quickly as possible and effectively communicates with her clients to keep them apprised every step of the way.
Lea Ann understands the importance of professional development and has obtained the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation which offers additional training in all aspects of a real estate transaction, the Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN®) designation which was very beneficial during the downturn in our market, the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) to help her clients negotiate the sale or purchase of a home and the National Association of Realtors® GREEN designation to assist buyers and sellers interested in sustainable, resource efficient homes. Coming from a family of Veterans, our Veterans are very important to Lea Ann and she has also earned the Certified Military Residential Specialist certificate to assist Military Veterans with their home purchases.
