I'm Larry Ronco, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Gulf Coast Living, where I work alongside my wife, Carla, as a trusted real estate team. We’re both proud Fort Myers natives and have been serving this market exclusively for over 36 years. In addition to real estate, I spent more than 30 years as a professional firefighter—an experience that taught me the importance of calm leadership and trust, which I bring into every transaction. Over the years, Carla and I have built a business based on relationships, not pressure. We’re passionate about what we do and are proud to have turned many clients into lifelong friends. We started our own brokerage firm from the ground up and built our office during one of the most challenging times in real estate in 2008. Today, RE/MAX Gulf Coast Living has grown to include over 20 experienced agents who share our values and commitment to excellence. Our deep roots and decades of experience in the local market have prepared us for every type of real estate scenario - from first-time homebuyers to complex luxury transactions. I personally specialize in waterfront, acreage, and luxury properties and bring hands-on expertise in these unique areas. We have three grown children - Tyler, Tayler, and Travis - and two amazing grandchildren, Kaleb and Sadie. When we’re not working, we love spending time outdoors boating, fishing, motorcycle riding, waterskiing, and camping.
