About Me
Born and Raised in East Atlantic Beach, Graduated Long Beach High School, Graduated from State University at Oneonta and Finished my Studies to sit for the CPA at LIU. When I Realized sitting down and crunching numbers every day was not an exciting day for me, I decided to change fields. I started training people one on one in strength training and teaching yoga for peace of mind and decided to try and help people fulfill their dreams in becoming investors and/or first-time homebuyers. I quasi-manage 24 properties at the moment. Many of my clients are not local and rely on me to flip a rental. This involves having it cleaned out, making any necessary repairs, painting, plumbing, electric, advertising, screening(credit, employment and references) and selecting a new tenant to close the deal! My job doesn't stop there, the tenant normally reaches out to me with any issues. This allows my clients to make money without the headache!! I'm basically an All-in-One Realtor! Listing, Selling, Renting and helping buyers Buy NEW Homes is my Passion!!
