Real estate is more than just my job; it's my passion. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients, their families (and pets), and I pride myself on maintaining long-lasting relationships as a trusted real estate advisor and friend.
I was raised in the Midwest and moved to Colorado over 20 years ago to embrace the lifestyle and mindset. I began my real estate career in 1999 as a real estate investor and a manager of a large portfolio of properties in Boulder County. During this time, I earned a master's degree in counseling at Colorado State University.
Since 2005 I have been a Realtor with RE/MAX of Boulder, the 8-time No. 1 RE/MAX office in the U.S. I am proud to work at an office that sets high standards for its Realtors. I continue to manage my rental properties, and through years of experience, I have developed an extensive knowledge of the local market, including area rents, property values, and long-term trends.
Throughout my career, I have learned that my educational background in counseling is highly beneficial to my profession. More than most, I understand the stresses that are involved in buying or selling a home. I focus on making the process as stress-free for you as possible. I genuinely care about each of my clients. Today, over 95% of my business comes from referrals or repeat clients, a statistic I work diligently to maintain.
To show my gratitude for my success, I donate a portion of my earnings to Guiding Eyes [for] the Blind, the local Humane Society and the Rocky Mountain Lab Rescue where I adopted Harley, my loyal and mischievous black Labrador retriever.
