Hi! I’m Lauren Kubat. Originally from Chicago, Summerville has truly become home, and it’s a place I have no desire to leave. My high school sweetheart and I moved here in 2017, and we’re raising our two boys, fully rooted in the community. We love exploring the beautiful parks, cozy coffee shops, local shopping, and amazing restaurants that the Lowcountry has to offer. Our move to Summerville was made seamless by our realtor, and that experience inspired me to do the same for others. I understand that moving can sometimes feel daunting, but I’m here to make the process smooth, exciting, and stress-free. Real estate truly excites me, and I find so much joy in helping people find their perfect home!
