- Lalainya Armiger
Hi, my name is Lalainya Armiger. I'm a married mother of 4 children and 4 grandchildren. I was born in Washington and raised in Oregon since I was 4 years old. My husband and I have had a local construction business for the past 17 years . We have bought and sold our own property for years and have had several rentals in the Roseburg area . I love remodeling and decorating homes. We have also built three of our own homes. Becoming a Real Estate Broker was the next step to complimenting our construction business, allowing us to be able to work together . I have worked as a nail technician for 7.5 years prior to becoming an agent. I have enjoyed the one on one with my clients and taking care of their wants and needs. I have really enjoyed all the clients I have worked with in the my career as an agent for the past 5.5 years. I have worked for several Military clients, First Time Buyers and clients relocating from a different state . I also like serving the Coos Bay and Douglas County areas .
